A new project to enhance the association between the most beautiful race in the world and the territory it crosses.
Land of the Mille Miglia has been created for this purpose and it develops around the historic and emotional bond that unites the event with the cities and small villages it crosses year after year.
The enthusiasm of the crowds and the thunder of the engines are able to make that 1,600 kilometre route over the historic roads of today, as it was then, even more suggestive and emotional. That of the Red Arrow is a route that lives together with the race.
During the 24 Mille Miglia races from 1927-1957 and its recent Historic Commemorations, the Red Arrow has touched the lives of no fewer than 300 municipalities in 11 regions. Those more than 300 localities could adhere to the Land of the Mille Miglia, an initiative that aims to exalt their profound association with the race.
Land of the Mille Miglia offers municipalities large and small the chance to give prominence to their riches and to be protagonists of an international event, the son of their own land.
